About
The human system inherently seeks harmony, resilience, and well-being. Even chronic emotional distress or psychological pain cannot erase our natural wellspring for healing. I help clients unlock natural capacities for transformation. This is done through collaborative supportive care, honed therapeutic skill and client will.
Currently I hold a license to practice in the state of IL and have licenses pending in MI and Fl.
Philosophy & Approach
A fruitful collaboration stewards new possibilities right from the start. When the mind opens to an exercise or question it begins to break the grip of stagnant fixations. I help clients respond to and care for what comes up when this energy is freed. We know transformation is a dynamic process involving attention to many aspects of experience, thought, intuition and sensation. Accessing this dynamism is more responsive and collaborative than linear or step-wise. Working together through what comes up and following with curiosity unfolds this process. This is done attentively, skillfully with care and client permission.

Education & Credentials
Empowering Clients for Independence
Rather than creating long-term dependency, Kelli’s approach empowers clients to integrate new skills and insights into their daily lives. Clients learn how to help themselves, effectively reducing the need for ongoing therapy if they choose. This flexibility ensures a therapeutic relationship that can be picked up or paused as life evolves.
