Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP)
AEDP developed by Diana Fosha PhD. This approach accesses core emotions and catalyzes deep healing experiences. AEDP is oriented toward transformational experiences in and between sessions. Collaboration is highly focussed on moment to moment awareness of both survival AND thrival systems.

Internal Family Systems (IFS)
IFS developed by Richard Schwartz PhD. This approach is oriented toward harmonizing challenging or conflicted internal states. These habituated responses or “parts” are most often trailheads for where to begin in IFS. These thresholds offer a rapid access to where focus needs to be to foster change. Clients pick it up quickly and often report surprise at the strength of the method. As clients learn to use IFS they frequently adopt it as life practice.
Somatic Experiencing (SE)
SE developed by Peter Levine PhD. This approach emphasizes the physiological aspects of distress. Tracking survival states i.e. fight, flight or shut-down to embodied sources the framework offers opportunities for gentle releasing. SE is highly effective, supportive and frequently facilitates feelings of improvement beginning with initial sessions.
